Objectives

At the end of the program, the participants will be

– confident Math Educators with student-centered and subject-specific teaching methods, and a belief in every student’s ability to learn Math.

– able to build a career in Math education for financial independence.

– a part of a supportive community of educators for consistent guidance and assistance.

Program Structure

Module 1 – Numeracy
Module 2 – Fractions, Shapes & Patterns

2 online sessions/week spread across 3 months for each module 

5 hour of commitment in a week –
Includes attending online sessions, completing readings and assignments

At the end of the program, we provide e-certificate to participants with a minimum of 80% of attendance, including all program activities.

Who can apply?

Women and Organizations working with/for women are encouraged to apply.

However, if you are somebody keen on joining the program but do not fall into the above-mentioned categories, write to us. We will definitely work something out.

Fee structure

INR 12,500 – For one module per candidate

INR 22,000 – If paid for both modules together

Participants can opt either or both modules

Are any scholarships available?

Yes, we offer need-based scholarships. We believe that lack of funds should not hinder one’s learning.

How to sign up for a scholarship?

Does it guarantee a job or money?

We can’t guarantee jobs, but you can create teaching opportunities for income in your community.


Can I teach online with tools like Pen-tab after the course?

Absolutely! Start teaching for extra income and a better learning experience.

Is it only for those pursuing teaching?

While it benefits teachers, anyone can apply and benefit.

When does the course start?

We host it every quarter, with flexibility for specific organization classes.

What career paths open up?

The career paths include, but are not limited to –

We organize quarterly ‘Math Matters’ for flexibility. Let us know the number of participants you anticipate in the form; we can discuss and plan batches accordingly.


How much attendance is needed?

Minimum 80% for the completion certificate. Additionally, participants must engage in regular monitoring & evaluation activities to help us understand program impact.
